A week long sailing camp just for families on the Melges 24 Raceboat
Service Description
Learn to sail as a family! Yes parents can learn to sail along side their kids in a fun family week long adventure. This is a great way to introduce young kids to sailing. The Melges 24 is a fast and easy boat to sail. Everyone in your family will learn how to steer, tack, gybe and fly an asymmetrical spinnaker with a retractible bowsprit. When the wind is up this boat planes over the water like motorboat! Our Family camp runs weekdays Monday through Friday from 2 to 5PM. We can accommodate family groups of 3 or 4 on the Melges 24. Sessions are from 2-5PM Monday through Friday. Cost is $600 per person.
